This service is designed to support children across different learning pathways, whether they attend school, learn from home, or need extra support through personalised one-on-one and small-group tutoring led by a qualified, experienced teacher. Online maths sessions are also available, offering added flexibility for families. Parents, both online and in person, are welcome to request alternative times if their preferred date or time is unavailable.

Who We Are

At Little Sprouts Learning, our mission is to provide an elite standard of in-person tutoring grounded in deep pedagogical expertise and academic rigour. Led by a highly qualified educator with extensive experience across primary and secondary classrooms, and supported by a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Teaching, and ongoing Doctor of Education (EdD) research, our work is both intellectually informed and practice-driven. Through deliberately small, carefully curated learning groups, we deliver bespoke academic support that cultivates excellence, confidence, and wellbeing, preparing students not only to succeed academically, but to thrive as capable, self-directed learners.

Who do you tutor?

We provide tutoring for primary and secondary students (Years 1–12), including targeted support for Year 11 and 12 students preparing for ATAR, OLNA, and senior assessments, as well as home-schooled students at different levels.

Why is tutoring priced at this level?

Our pricing reflects a deliberately selective, high-touch tutoring model grounded in formal education, specialist subject expertise, and meticulous preparation. Each session is individually designed following in-depth curriculum review and analysis of the student’s learning profile, with significant time invested before and after lessons to ensure precision, rigour, and continuity. This bespoke approach is reserved for a limited number of students and is focused on delivering sustained academic excellence rather than short-term homework support.

Are sessions in person or online?

Tutoring sessions are offered in person or online, depending on availability and what is selected at the time of booking. However, in-person tutoring is preferred and will be prioritised accordingly.

How long are tutoring sessions?

Session lengths vary by year level and may include 1-hour, 1.5-hour, or 2-hour sessions, depending on the student’s needs and booking selection.

How does pricing work?

Years 1–10: Pricing is per student, per hour and varies based on group size.
Years 11–12: Pricing is a flat per-student rate, regardless of group size, due to senior curriculum demands.

How do group sessions work?

Families organise their own small groups before booking. Each student must be booked and paid for individually through the website.
Group sessions are capped at a maximum of five students, and students must be of a similar year level and subject.
Students without a group may begin with 1:1 sessions and transition to a group session if another suitable student joins.

Is there a minimum group size?

Yes. Small-group sessions require a minimum of 2 students to proceed.

What is an emergency tutoring session?

Emergency sessions are bookings made within 48 hours of the session start time. These are available for all year levels and are charged at a higher rate due to short-notice scheduling.
Emergency sessions are subject to availability and are non-refundable.

When do sessions need to be paid?

All sessions must be paid at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time/or at the time of booking.
If payment is not received, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
Emergency sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Does tutoring guarantee results?

Tutoring supports understanding, skills, and confidence but does not guarantee specific academic outcomes or replace school instruction.

Do you provide learning resources?

Yes. Optional learning resources are available for purchase through the website to support practice at home and exam preparation. Resources are optional and not included in session fees.
