Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Little Sprouts Learning. By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Services

 

Little Sprouts Learning provides in-person tutoring services for primary school, high school, and homeschooled students through one-on-one and small-group sessions. Sessions are designed to support learning, confidence, and wellbeing and may complement school-based or home-based education.

2. Bookings

• All bookings must be made through the Little Sprouts Learning website.

• Families are responsible for arranging their own small groups before booking group sessions.

• One-on-one sessions may be booked independently.

• Session availability is subject to scheduling and capacity.
   

3. Payments

• Full payment is required at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

• If payment is not received within this timeframe, the session will be cancelled automatically.

• All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).
   

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the session start time.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, are non-refundable.

• In exceptional circumstances, rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Little Sprouts Learning.
   

5. Group Sessions

• Group session pricing is based on the number of students attending.

• Families are responsible for forming and maintaining their own groups.

• If a student is absent, the session will proceed as scheduled and no refund or price adjustment will be provided.
   

6. Emergency Sessions

• Emergency or short-notice sessions may be offered subject to availability.

• Emergency session fees apply and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
   

7. Student Wellbeing and Behaviour

• Students are expected to behave respectfully and follow reasonable instructions during sessions.

• Little Sprouts Learning reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services if behaviour compromises safety or learning, with no obligation to refund.
   

8. Learning Outcomes

• While every effort is made to support student learning and progress, individual outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

• Tutoring is designed to support, not replace, school or home education programs.
   

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

• Personal information is collected and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Student information is treated confidentially and used only for service delivery and administrative purposes.
   

10. Accessibility and Adjustments

• Little Sprouts Learning aims to provide inclusive services and will consider reasonable adjustments where possible.

• Families are encouraged to discuss any learning or access needs prior to booking.
   

11. Liability

• Little Sprouts Learning is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury except where required by law.

• Parents and guardians remain responsible for their child outside session times.
   

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

• The most current version will be published on the website and will apply to all future bookings.
