Little Sprouts Learning Collective

A legal disclaimer

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Little Sprouts Learning Collective. By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. ENROLMENT

Enrolment in any program or session is subject to availability and confirmation.
By enrolling, you agree to ongoing participation in a structured learning pathway, where applicable.
Placement, session frequency, and pathway selection are determined based on professional recommendations to ensure appropriate support.

2. FEES & PAYMENTS

All fees must be paid in advance to secure and maintain your child’s place.
Invoices will be issued prior to the commencement of sessions and must be paid by the due date.
Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of sessions and release of the allocated time to other families.

3. SESSION STRUCTURE

Sessions are structured and designed to support ongoing learning and progress.
Little Sprouts Learning Collective is not a drop-in tutoring service. Consistency is required to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Session times are allocated and reserved for each student.

4. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Private Tuition (1:1) Sessions

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at the full session rate.

Where sufficient notice is provided, rescheduling may be offered subject to availability.

Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Group Learning Sessions

Group sessions are not refundable or transferable, as sessions proceed regardless of individual attendance.

Missed group sessions will not be credited, refunded, or rescheduled.

5. PACKAGES

Session packages are valid for the specified time period at the time of purchase.
Unused sessions within the validity period will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed.
Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

6. FULL-TIME & HOMESCHOOL PROGRAMS

Full-time and homeschool pathways are structured programs and may require a term-based commitment.
Fees for these programs reflect planning, teaching, resources, and ongoing support across the duration of the program.
Partial refunds are not provided for missed sessions within these programs.

7. AVAILABILITY & ATTENDANCE

Places are intentionally limited to maintain small, focused learning environments.
Ongoing attendance is expected. Repeated cancellations or irregular attendance may result in a review of your child’s placement.

8. COMMUNICATION

Clear communication between families and Little Sprouts Learning Collective is encouraged to support student progress.
Feedback is provided in line with the level of support within each pathway:
Full-Time Tuition & Homeschool Support

Families will receive a weekly feedback report outlining progress, key learning areas, and next steps.

Part-Time & Private Tuition

A brief session update will be provided following each session, outlining what was covered and any areas for continued focus.

Communication is designed to ensure families remain informed, supported, and confident in their child’s learning progression.

9. LIABILITY

While every effort is made to support each student’s learning, outcomes may vary depending on individual engagement, attendance, and effort.
Little Sprouts Learning Collective is not responsible for external academic outcomes beyond the scope of the program.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.
Families will be notified of any significant changes.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, resources, and learning programs provided by Little Sprouts Learning Collective are the intellectual property of the business.
These materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written permission.

12. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
