At Little Sprouts Learning Collective, each session is carefully prepared to provide personalised, high-quality learning support. As places are limited and in high demand, the following refund policy applies.
Session Payments
All sessions must be paid in advance to secure your booking. Unpaid sessions may be released to other families.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

More than 24 hours notice: session may be rescheduled or credited.

Less than 24 hours notice: the full session fee is charged and is non-refundable.
Missed Sessions
Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Packages and Prepaid Sessions
All session packages are non-refundable once purchased.
Packages may be used within the agreed timeframe and are transferable to another student within the same family, upon request.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare or exceptional circumstances, refunds or credits may be considered at the discretion of Little Sprouts Learning Collective.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
