Refund Policy

Little Sprouts Learning aims to be fair and transparent in all bookings and payments. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be provided.

1. Payments

  • All sessions must be paid for at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.

  • Sessions not paid for within this timeframe will be cancelled automatically.
     

2. Cancellations by Families

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session start time may be eligible for rescheduling or a credit, at the discretion of Little Sprouts Learning.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend a session, are non-refundable.
     

3. Group Sessions

  • Group session fees are based on the number of students booked.

  • If a student is absent from a group session, no refund, credit, or price adjustment will be provided.

  • Families are responsible for arranging and maintaining their own groups.
     

4. Emergency Sessions

  • Emergency or short-notice sessions are non-refundable once booked, due to the reserved time and preparation required.
     

5. Cancellations by Little Sprouts Learning

  • If a session is cancelled by Little Sprouts Learning, families will be offered either:

    • a full refund, or

    • a rescheduled session or credit, at the family’s choice.
       

6. Illness or Exceptional Circumstances

  • In cases of significant illness or exceptional circumstances, families are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible.

  • Any refund, credit, or rescheduling offered in these situations is at the discretion of Little Sprouts Learning.
     

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

  • Refunds are not provided based on learning outcomes or progress.

  • All tutoring is provided in good faith to support learning, confidence, and wellbeing.
