Emergency bookings are defined as tutoring sessions booked within 48 hours of the scheduled session start time and are available for all year levels (Years 1–12).
Fees
Emergency sessions are charged at a higher rate due to short-notice scheduling and preparation.
Years 1–10: $150 per student (per hour)
Year 11–12:
1 hour — $200 per student
1.5 hours (90 minutes) — $300 per student
2 hours — $380 per student
Payment
Emergency bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Unpaid emergency bookings will not be confirmed and may be released.
Availability
Emergency sessions are offered subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations
Due to the short-notice nature of emergency bookings, all emergency sessions are non-refundable.
Missed emergency sessions will be charged in full.
Session Delivery
Emergency sessions may be delivered in person or online, depending on availability.
