How Group Bookings Work Families organise their own small groups before booking, with each student booked and paid for individually through the website. Students without a group may begin with 1:1 sessions and transition to a small group rate if another student of a similar year level joins. Booking Requirements All sessions are in person Payment must be made at least 24 hours prior to the session Unpaid sessions will be automatically cancelled Small group sessions require a minimum of two students Payment, Cancellation, Group Formation & Resources Policy Payment All tutoring sessions must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the session will be automatically cancelled and released for other bookings. Session Delivery All tutoring sessions are delivered in person only. Pricing Prices are per student, per session and vary according to group size. Emergency tutoring sessions are charged at $150 per student. Group Formation Families are responsible for organising their own small groups prior to booking. Each family must complete their own booking and payment through the website. Students must be of the same year level to ensure sessions are appropriately targeted. Students without a group may book 1:1 sessions and transition to a small group rate if another suitable student joins, with agreement from all families. Minimum Group Size Small group sessions require a minimum of two (2) students. If numbers fall below this minimum, families will be contacted to arrange rescheduling or conversion to the 1:1 rate. Emergency Sessions Emergency sessions are short-notice, priority bookings offered subject to availability and are non-refundable. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to attend may result in a charge at the full session rate. Learning Resources for Home Practice Optional learning resources are available for purchase through the website to support practice Agreement By booking a tutoring session or purchasing resources through the website, families agree to this Policy
