Cancellation Policy

Year 11–12 Tutoring Policy This policy applies to all tutoring sessions delivered to Year 11 and Year 12 students. Session Delivery All Year 11–12 tutoring sessions are delivered in person. Sessions may be delivered individually or in small groups, with group sessions capped at a maximum of five (5) students. Pricing Year 11–12 tutoring is charged at a flat senior secondary rate per student, regardless of group size. Standard session rates (per student): 1 hour: $175 1.5 hours (90 minutes): $260 2 hours: $325 Emergency Sessions Sessions booked within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are classified as emergency sessions and are charged at a higher rate: 1 hour: $200 1.5 hours (90 minutes): $300 2 hours: $380 Emergency sessions are subject to availability and are non-refundable. Payment All sessions must be paid in full at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking will be automatically cancelled and released. Emergency sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Group Bookings Families are responsible for organising their own groups prior to booking. Each student must be booked and paid for individually through the website. Students in group sessions must be studying the same or similar subject and year level to ensure appropriate academic focus. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations within 24 hours, or failure to attend, may be charged at the full session rate. Learning Resources Optional learning resources may be purchased through the website to support independent study and exam preparation. All resource purchases are optional and non-refundable. Scope of Tutoring Tutoring provides academic support and skill development. It does not replace school instruction, guarantee outcomes, or involve completion of assessment tasks on behalf of students. Agreement Bookings and purchases are subject to this policy.
